Latest results of new planet search with TESS

 |
| Abstract: |
TESS was launched in April 2018 and has completed its 2-year nominal transit survey. Now TESS is continuing its 3rd year extended mission. Through the nominal mission, TESS has discovered over 2000 candidates of transiting exoplanets. However, the candidates contain a large fraction of false positives mainly caused by eclipsing binaries. For this reason, additional follow-up observations for validating true planetary nature are ongoing in the world. Our team is working on this topic using multi-color simultaneous camera MuSCAT series installed on three 1.5-2 m telescopes covering the northern hemisphere. In this seminar, I will introduce the current status of the TESS transit survey and our latest results from the MuSCAT series.
