Do you think about your career while you are carrying out your research? Given that RIKEN has many fixed-term contract employees and technicians, it has become essential to have a “future career planning” mindset. In 2006, RIKEN as an organization started offering career support services in earnest, and the trials and errors that we have experienced since then mean that we are now able to supplement our consultations with examples of scenarios that are unique to RIKEN. We hope that you will take this opportunity to think about your career while visualizing your life ahead. |
