2. if you already have a CPS server account your English account information will be used for Conference registration purposes. If you have not completed name/affiliation etc. details in English please add them to your account information from here.

Abstract Submission

• Abstract Submission and travel support application closes: Apr. 6 (Fri.) Apr. 18 (Wed.) 23:59 (UTC-12)
• Late abstract submission closes (acceptance is subject to availability): Jun. 11 (Mon.)
• Abstract Submission closed
• One-page PDF (16:9 format) for poster short presentation closes: Sep. 3 (Mon.)

Registration

• Opens: Mar. 1 (Thu.), Click the bannar
• Early-bird registration closes: Apr. 6 (Fri.) Apr. 18 (Wed.) 23:59 (UTC-12)
• Regular Registration Deadline: Jul.11 (Wed.)
  - Hotel-room block reservation will be released at this deadline.
• Registration closes: Aug. 10 (Fri.)
• Registration closed
• Payment Deadline and Cancellation closes: Aug. 20 (Mon.)

• Discounted room rates have been negotiated with the hotel for a period of 6 nights (IN: 10 Sep, OUT: 16 Sep). If your stay is within this period, to be eligible for the discount rate, your hotel reservation should be made via the Conference registration site (NOT directly with the hotel).
