Take the following 3 steps to complete the online application. Create a CPS ID account at: https://www.cps-jp.org/signup/dust15?ml_lang=en unless already having one. Log in to the CPS website: https://www.cps-jp.org with the CPS ID and password. Click on "Cosmic Dust" in the right column to start application. Subsequent to the application, please submit an abstract for an oral or poster presentation (A4 paper size, one page, PDF format).  Abstract Template in MS Word Format (template.doc)  Abstract Template in LaTeX Format (template.tex) Abstract submission by the deadline ensures that the abstract will be reviewed by the SOC for the admissions decision. While no payment is required at the time of admissions application and abstract submission, the payment of registration fee will be requested once admittance is guaranteed.

Abstract submission by the deadline ensures that the abstract will be reviewed by the SOC for the admissions decision. While no payment is required at the time of admissions application and abstract submission, the payment of registration fee will be requested once admittance is guaranteed.

 

Admissions Application

It is compulsory to complete online application by the deadline date of May 10, 2025, 23:59 Japan Standard Time (UTC+09:00). Neither a late application nor a walk-in attendee will be accepted. Because the number of participants is limited to 50, the online application does not guarantee admission to the meeting. Participants will be determined at the discretion of the SOC and all applicants will be notified of the admissions decision by May 31, 2025. Priority will be given to those who are highly motivated to meet in person and retain discussion throughout the meeting.

How to apply
